Entity Reserve

The Entity Reserve forms, owns, maintains, and privately holds a portfolio of LLCs before sale.
It serves as registered agent only for the LLCs in its own inventory. It does not market registered-agent services to outside clients.
Each LLC is offered only after it meets the internal Certified Credit Ready LLC standard. The company is already formed, aged, active, organized, branded, digitally equipped, and associated with documented existing trade credit before a buyer reviews it.

Each Certified Credit Ready LLC is intentionally adaptable. The buyer determines the future venture. The Entity Reserve is responsible for accurate presentation, internal certification, inventory control, documentation, and ownership-transition coordination.
The buyer must appoint a replacement registered agent as part of the ownership transition. The Entity Reserve does not remain the buyer's registered agent after the state recognizes the change.
