How It
Works

Buyer access, selection, verification, reservation, transfer, registered-agent replacement, and business redirection. No credit-development or company-development process.

The Buyer JourneyStep by step

From request
to redirect.

Each step is recorded. Administrators manage approvals, holds, and expirations; the buyer sees exactly where the company stands.

  1. Step 1 of 8

    Request Access

The prospect submits the Vault Access form and verifies contact information.

  2. Step 2 of 8

    Approval

An administrator reviews the request, approves or declines access, sets an expiration date, and records the decision.

  3. Step 3 of 8

    Browse

The approved buyer reviews available Certified Credit Ready LLC inventory and compares age, state, tier, assets, existing credit range, and price.

  4. Step 4 of 8

    Review

The buyer reviews the company profile, standing, records, existing credit details, verification status, recurring costs, and transfer conditions.

  5. Step 5 of 8

    Reserve

The buyer requests a defined temporary hold on the selected company. Administrators manage approval and expiration.

  6. Step 6 of 8

    Appoint Registered Agent

The buyer selects and files a replacement registered agent. The system tracks the filing and state-recognized confirmation.

  7. Step 7 of 8

    Transfer

Ownership, control, records, digital assets, credentials, and notices move through the documented closing checklist.

  8. Step 8 of 8

    Redirect

The buyer updates the identity, website, registrations, banking, licensing, insurance, tax elections, contracts, and operating purpose as required for the chosen venture.

Approved users see a visual progress tracker with buyer-appropriate steps and documents. Internal notes, costs, audit details, and protected verification materials are restricted by role and never shown to buyers.

No direct checkout assumption. The Entity Reserve does not publish deposit amounts, payment schedules, refund terms, financing offers, or direct checkout rules. Reservation and payment-status fields are configurable so administrators can enter final business terms later.

The Entity Reserve

The trade-credit amount shown with a company already exists with that company. It is commercial trade credit, not cash, and does not guarantee future financing, approval, or purchasing power.
