The terms that govern your use of The Entity Reserve site and any access request or inquiry you submit.

These terms are provided for general information only. They are not legal advice. Reviewing or submitting information does not create a business relationship until a separate agreement is signed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site or submitting an access request, company-match inquiry, or contact form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit any information.
2. The Certified Credit Ready LLC Standard
Certified means an LLC passed The Entity Reserve's internal documented standard. It is not a government certification, bureau endorsement, financing approval, or lender guarantee.
The trade-credit amount shown with a company already exists with that company. It is commercial trade credit, not cash, and does not guarantee future financing, approval, or purchasing power.
3. Inventory and Availability
All inventory is privately held and subject to prior reservation or sale. Submitting an access request or inquiry does not reserve a company or guarantee availability.
Pricing, tier details, and company specifications are subject to change without notice.
4. Access Requests and Vault Use
Access to The Entity Vault is approval-based. The Entity Reserve may approve, decline, or request additional information for any access request at its sole discretion.
Approved users must use vault information only for evaluating potential acquisition of a Certified Credit Ready LLC and may not redistribute inventory details.
5. Ownership Transitions
Buyers must appoint a replacement registered agent as part of the ownership transition. The Entity Reserve does not remain the buyer's registered agent after the state recognizes the change.
Each ownership transition follows a documented closing checklist. Completion timelines depend on state filing and third-party processing.
6. No Legal or Financial Advice

7. Limitation of Liability
The Entity Reserve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on any company listing, certification status, or trade-credit figure.
